It appears to be a 2023 tax file because of the file extension listed. That means you need to open in with the 2023 TurboTax desktop software. Can you clarify if that is what you are doing?

I don't have a 1099-R this year, but turbo tax keeps returning me to the tax home screen to complete it. I have deleted the form, but it still pops up. So frustrating!
