The amount on line 5b does not agree to spreadsheet computation. I have cross-checked all forms to amounts . Is there way to see the underlying detail for 5b.

If you are using the CD/download software, there are various forms you can see for line 5B.

1. Go to Forms (upper right)

2. for each 1099-R, there will be a Form 1099-R (name).

3. 1099R Summary

If you are using the Online product, you can't see this until you pay for your return. Then you can see all the forms and worksheets in the Print Center.
