You can receive messages form your Full Service chat by logging in to your account, select "Intuit Account," then choose "update communications" to activate text messages.
Your Expert can also notify you via a bell icon in the top right corner of your TurboTax screen or via email. Make sure to check your spam/junk folders if you don't receive any notifications. Also, check for a "EXPERT HELP" button on your TurboTax screen to start a chat with your Expert.
