This is not a question but a statement since Turbo Tax is so incompetent that they wont even allow for real reviews to be written to warn people not to use their services. I was intending on applying for the refund advance they so loudly boist is an option with them. But in fact it isn't easily available. As I have very busy life that does not allow for me to make it to a tax expert as i would like, I though I would give them a chance and easily get and advance for projects I needed to get done. But no they only provided me options of direct deposit or being mailed my check while filing. That its self is not too bad as most people finish filing and getting things situated before applying for the refund advance, but that was not an option either. This so called service is a joke and they people you speak to are lazy and condescending. And of course the incompetence continues because there is nothing that can be done. I will be using vey ounce of influence and connections to steer as many people away from getting screwed over by this company again. To top it off now a group of morons has my information so I'm sure that will affect me later in life as well.
