I moved back to Taiwan in 2020 and don’t plan to go back to the USA in the future. I am under 50 and retired with no income. I have about $200000 in my former 401K. How much to withdraw per year to avoid the high tax gap? I am planning to withdraw some money every year, closing the USA bank account, then I will terminate the citizenship.

This is a US income tax forum so we wouldn't have an idea of the taxation where you now live. there are professionals in your country that are knowledgeable in US/Taiwan taxation. consult with them.
It’s not related to Taiwan’s tax. Once I withdraw the 401K, it’s an income and I need to pay some tax. I am seeking the advice that how much money I should withdraw and not paying over 35% of tax.
