Taxpayer Signature - Tax Matters Partner

While using TurboTax Business to review Georgia Form 700, I noticed that Part V, Taxpayer Signature Information, is marked with "Tax Matters Partner". I would like to update this to "General Partner", but I am unable to do so as the program is unresponsive.

Please provide a screenshot of Part V of Georgia Form 700 where you see a name or title for the Declaration signature. The official Georgia Form 700 doesn't request this information.
