Tax refund

hi,i accidently made two turbotax accounts because on the first one my state refund was not showing and by accident i chose to mail them and not e file but i'm from another continent and i can't mail them excatly so i made a new account with the same SSN and same W2 documents but it said that someone else already has that information,but on the new account it states the exact amount on federal and state that i should recieve but now it's still on pending and i don't know what else i could do please help.

Yes, if you want to e-file your tax returns, you have to do so from the first account. Creating multiple accounts just makes the system think that you are trying to commit fraud. 

You can fix your first account and switch your option to e-file. Heer's how to do that:

1. Sign in to your TurboTax account.
2. Select Add State.
3. Select Review from the left-side menu  (expand your browser window if you don't see this, or select the menu icon in the top left corner).
4. Address any details that come up.
5. Select File.
6. On the Just one more step screen, follow steps 1 and 2 if you haven't already.
7. Select the Start to the right of step 3.
8. On the Let's get ready to e-file screen, select I want to e-file.
9. Follow the instructions to e-file your return.
