Tax on 1099-INT from financial institutions

If I get taxed 22% on my on my federal return on interest earned from e.g. a CD or Savings A/C at a bank e.g. Well Fargo, will I get taxed for the same interest again when I file my NJ-state return? Is there a tax bracket for NJ?
