Some companies and payroll services allow you to put retrieve your w2 online, depending on you does the payroll at your company. Search online.

File an extension. If you will owe the IRS, pay them today.

The next step: 

• Locate your w2 or ask for another copy. 
• If necessary, get a copy from the IRS. It will not include your state information. View your tax account with the IRS
• The form 4852 is a last resort based on paystubs and your return must be mailed in.

Options:

1) Some companies have W2s on the ADP website to download.   https://my.adp.com   ( might be a longshot but they do handle a number of companies W2s).     

2) You also may be able to get some of the information from your last paycheck as a last resort to file your taxes, and if you need to make any corrections later, you could file an amended return when you get the corrected information.
