Tax Changes Resulting from COVID-19 Relief Package

Hi,

President Trump enacted several tax code changes, which are retroactive encompassing taxes already paid for years 2017 & 2018 and also for the year 2019. Will TurboTax 2019 software be upgraded to include these changes prior to the current 2019 tax filing deadline of July 15, 2020? If not, how should we account for these changes?
