T Rowe Price Brokerage Dividend Import Issue

We are in the process of importing dividend information from various financial institutions. All the financial institution's data imported flawlessly, except for T. Rowe Price Brokerage. We input our user name and password, then selected continue. We immediately received the message. "T Rowe Price Brokerage: If the problems persists, please call T. Rowe Price Customer Support at [phone number removed]." We made several attempts to import the data but we received the same message. A quick call to the T. Rowe Price number got us to the tech service department who transferred us to a T Rowe Price agent who handled the brokage accounts. This representative said they were aware of the problem but was unable to do anything since it was a TurboTax problem. Their reason was that there were several lines with zero dollars. This was due to an earlier error on T Rowe Price's account, who created an erroneous account. Odd that was in mutual fund accounts and had nothing to do with the brokerage account, which all the accounts had a dollar value. We were told to enter the data manually. We spoke with Intuit support who said that no one was aware of the problem. We called T Rowe Price and spoke to the technical department, who was aware of the problem and had no solution. One representative said it, "Would be a long time before the accounts with zero dollars disappeared." We have been waiting months for that to be completed. We doubt it is a zero dollar issue, since this shouldn't be too difficult to ferret out in an import data package. Has anyone experienced this issue with T. Rowe Price? We're using Windows on a PC.
