Found it!
When I click on Update in the Interest income box in the 2024 Income Summary page, it loads the page with the title, "Let's finish pulling in your investment income". When I scroll down and click on Confirm, the page loads showing capital losses so far. Clicking on the Next button, sends display back to 2024 Income Summary page where I started. This happened multiple times, and I was not able to enter interest income.
Is this a bug in the program? If so, is there a work-around?

I encountered the same problem on the desktop version. The workaround I found was to: (1) click on the "+ Add Investments" button; (2) on the "Let Us Enter Your Bank and Brokerage Tax Documents" page, click on "Skip Import"; and then (3) on the "OK, let's start with on investment type page," clink on the "Interest" button and then "Continue".
Repeat this process for each separate interest income source/amount that you have.
Good luck!
