System shows Not eligible for electronic filing

'Return claims a Solar and Wind Energy Credit carryover'. Not eligible for electronic filing. I did not select any credit for carrover but still this message is getting displayed.

If this is for NY return, 

1. Open your NY return
2. Continue to the screen Take a look at NY Credits and Taxes.
3. Scroll down to Other Tax Credits
4. Select Start next to Nonrefundable Credits
5. Answer the question and continue to the screen Nonrefundable Credits. 
6. Delete any amount in the box next to Solar and Wind energy credit carryover.
