Street Address and Recipient City is invalid for Electronic Filing!

I keep getting this error on my 1099 Div 

Recipient City is invalid for Electronic Filing. Please remove all preceding spaces or invalid characters.

There are no preceding spaces or special characters. I get the same error for the street address on the same form. When I ran the federal check last week no errors I came back to file tonight and this error is coming up on the federal side. Is this a glitch in the system or something else. Any way to complete this and e file.

I left turbo tax, went back in and it works !
