I checked today and my stimulus check was deposited into a prepaid debit account that turbo tax signed me up for last year when I did my taxes. When I got the card with my tax refund last year, I moved the money off the card to my bank account and cut up the turbo card up. Now I have no way to access that account or the money that was deposited. I tried calling customer service at turbo tax, they told me to contact green dot (the issuer of the cards) and you can't get through to them by phone at all. The automated system just says they are experiencing high call volumes and then hangs up. I can't log onto their website as I don't remember the username or password. If you push the forgot username or password button it asks for the card number which I don't have. How can this be fixed? I even tried creating a new green dot account to see if I could link the old on and I can't find any way to do that either. Any Help would be great or is that money just gone?
