I am getting a “hmm.. looks like we have hit a snag… try later” error for past 2 weeks while trying to download MA state for 2024 Business. I've tried all the fixes I see in the forums, and none of them help. This needs to be resolved. Many people are having this issue.

I got this from another thread. I tried it and after about 35 minutes was able to get a second state downloaded. It locked up my TurboTax - but closing out and then logging back in appears to have been successful.
On the top ribbon there is "Help". Then under that there is a selection for "Pay by Phone" and then a further selection of "Additional State" Select this. This will pop up a screen regarding "Purchase by Phone" with instructions.
1) This will direct you to "Call Intuit Sales and Services" at .....
2) Follow the steps.
3) Make sure you get a confirmation number and can "unlock" while you are on the phone.
