Special Depreciation Allowance Elections under IRC Section 168(k)(7)

On my 2023 return, I have somehow triggered the "Opt out", opting Out of Qualified Economic Stimulus Property, and this triggered a form that I am supposed to attach with my return for filing.   But, I DO NOT WANT this Opting out !

My question is:  Where do I go, (How do I) change so that I do NOT have this "Election Out of Qualified Economic Stimulus Property" for tax year 2023 ?

You most likely need to go back through your business property entries (Business Assets) and make the change.
