Received an email from TurboTax saying they miscalculated my social security as I’m resident in the UK so it’s not taxable. They provided a link to amend my 2023 return which I’ve done. However, the error applies back to 2010. I’ve tried the claim link but it assumes I’ve had a penalty notice. How do I get in touch with TurboTax to file a claim for this error?

For a US citizen all worldwide income is taxable. Being a resident of another country does not make your UK social security non-taxable for US.
I’m referring to US social security. According to pub 915, it’s not taxable for US citizens residing in the U.K.
