Social security and Medicare taxes not deducted by employer

Hello, I have been a resident alien since 2021 when I started working but my employer did not withhold social security and medicare taxes. I am no longer employed with them. How do I proceed to amend my 2021 and 2022 tax returns? Can I ask my old employer to send amended W-2s? Am I subject to penalty and interest on the tax or can I get that waived?

To clarify, did you file a 1040 resident return with Turbo Tax in 2021-2022?
