So if I live in Oklahoma, I think that makes me eligible for the winter storm tax deadline to June 15, 2021. WHAT though do I need to do to get that extension?

Nothing I just have to file and pay my taxes before June 15... or do I have to ask for the extension somehow

Apparently, I'm going to answer my own question since I don't know how to delete it.  See the link below for the full story; and the posted excerpt which answers the question.  The answer being "Do nothing" if you live TX, OK or LA.

https://blog.turbotax.intuit.com/tax-news/oklahoma-tax-deadline-extension-and-relief-for-wi[product ...   What do I need to do to claim the tax extension?

The IRS automatically provides filing and penalty relief to any taxpayer with an IRS address of record located in the disaster area. Taxpayers do not need to contact the IRS to get this relief. However, if an affected taxpayer receives a late filing or late payment penalty notice from the IRS that has an original or extended filing, payment or deposit due date falling within the postponement period, the taxpayer should call the number on the notice to have the penalty abated.
