So I had all my info in and tried to submit and was asked to enter amounts for boxes 18,19,&20 but on my w2 those boxes are blank . Ps I work for the goverment

check your w-2 entries to make sure you didn't mistakenly enter something in one of those boxes. if they are blank in TT, then you have 2 options, talk to TT support or delete and re-enter

1098 interest refund, which is listed in Box 4 of the 1098. However, when entering the 1098, there is no box 4 to enter the amount into. Where do I enter this refund?
