Should I submit my court order

It is not required to submit a court order with your tax return.  Items not specifically requested as attachments to a tax return are discarded.

Keep a copy with your tax records, though, in case you are asked about for it at some time in the future.  The IRS rarely asks for court orders, though, they tend to ask for other, specific proof that children live with you if they have questions about dependents claimed on a tax return.

No.  Attachments cannot be made to e-filed returns.  The IRS will do nothing with attachments to paper mailed returns.  Proving you get to claim the kid,  comes later when the conflict is discovered. Attachments will only slow down your refund. They will not help it along.
