Should I received a W-2 if Federal taxes were not taken from my pay?

Yes, you should receive a W-2 even if no taxes were withheld.  If you were an employee then you should get a W-2 from your employer it does not matter that you only worked 3 months.  You may want to contact your former employer to ask if you were sent a W-2.
