Should I choose my husband and myself as legal parents for our foster children? TurboTax is asking who the legal parents are, but there's not an option for "other"

Our fosters have lived with us all year, so we're claiming them as dependents, not their bio parent. We are legal guardians, but not a legal parent. I think I'm just confused by the TurboTax question on who are the "legal parents"

Yes, if you have a Foster Child, you are considered the "Legal Parents".
