My wife, son, and I were on Health Marketplace for part of 2022. I received a 1095-A form listing my wife and I as covered individuals. I later received a separate form listing my son as a covered individual. The marketplace policy numbers are different. He is listed as a dependent on my tax return. Should the 1095-A form listing my son be added to my tax return or his? (If it matters, he does have separate income.)

Entering multiple Forms 1095-A on one Form 8962
Only one Form 8962 may be submitted with each tax return.
Everyone that is on the 1095-A must also be on your tax return. If this isn’t the case, it will be out of scope.
Thanks for the reply. We are all enrolled in the same state. The "Monthly second lowest cost silver premium" (column B) is the same on both forms. The "Monthly enrollment premiums" (column A) are not the same.
Does that change anything, or is your previous answer still the same?
You can add multiple 1095-A's to your tax return. A dependent may be covered under a different plan than other family members.
Type '1095-A' in the Search area, then click on 'Jump to 1095-a'. At the summary page, choose 'Add Another'.
Here's more info on Form 1095-A.
