Selling Second home with agent commission and added air conditioner. How turbotax handles it?

When you sell a second home, the title company will mail you a 1099-S. That proceeds amount on 1099-S needs to match the Proceeds on form 8949 under box d.
For the cost (box e), is that the cost of you paid originally for the home? What if I add an air conditioner would that amount be added to "Cost or other basis"?

Also, if you sold a home and you need to pay the agent commission, is that amount added to box g "Amount of adjustment" with code E?

Yes.  Agent commission is added to the adjustment and the air conditioner cost is added to the basis that you paid for the home you sold.
