Schedule H or no Schedule H with Household Employee + 1040?

I had a household employee for Q1 2023 and paid her via Poppins Payroll. Poppins paid all of our New York State quarterly taxes (including unemployment taxes) and Federal taxes in April/May 2023 when I closed out our account with them. Poppins also provided me with a pre-filled Schedule H to use when doing my taxes for 2023.
However I can't figure out how to reflect those payments in TurboTax. Additionally, I noticed on the Schedule H itself it says not to use it if I have to file a 1040 (I do) and to use Schedule 2 and 3 instead -- except there's no way for me to force TurboTax to do this that I can find!
Additionally, on the Schedule H that Poppins provided the amounts match exactly to what TurboTax thinks I "owe" -- except I already paid that money to Poppins who paid it to the State and the Feds in April/May 2023. I'm totally at a loss on how to navigate this. Please help! 🙂
