Schedule D - not able to efile state due to negative number. There are no negative numbers except for loss carryforward

Tried to e-file Alabama return and turbo tax said they couldn't e-file because of a negative number on Schedule D. The only negative number on Sch D is the loss carryforward. What do I do?

I had $129.15 taken out of my bank account yesterday and it put me in the negatives was just wondering why that was taken out
