Online TurboTax can only prepare a 2019 return at this point in time.   Online preparation of a 2018 return ended last October.

Prior returns have to be prepared using desktop software (CD/download), and cannot be efiled.  They have to be printed, signed, dated, and mailed.

If you need to prepare a prior-year return, here's where you can get the software from TurboTax:

So...you are saying that what Turbotax is displaying is information it has harvested for our 2019 return, not merely showing us what was entered on our 2018 return?

No, that is not what I'm saying.   TurboTax cannot automatically "harvest" any 2019 financial information (1099's, etc.) for you unless you actively choose to import the data from your accounts at financial institutions when you go through those sections of the interview.   TurboTax won't know with certainty what 1099-INT payers and income you have for tax year 2019 until you tell it.  If you used TurboTax last year, however, it will know what 1099 payers you had in 2018, and when it transferred the information into 2019, it should show you the ones you had for 2018 as a guideline, and you can edit all that as needed.

You asked "what year is this--2018 or 2019?" as though you were confused as to what tax year return you were preparing.   Sometime people try to prepare the wrong year return online.    So that's why I said TurboTax can only prepare a 2019 return.  We see a lot of people who mistakenly try to prepare a 2018 return in 2019 online TurboTax.     This is a public user community forum, and no one can see exactly what you are looking at and in what context.   But I think what you may be seeing and asking about is information that transferred in from your 2018 return to get you started.   Of course,  you are the only one that can actually see it for sure.

Did you use Online TurboTax for your 2018 return?   If so, when you started your 2019 return in the same account, TurboTax first goes by preliminary information that transferred in from your 2018 return (if you are in the same account as last year).  This is just to save you some entry steps and get you started on your return and perhaps remind you of something, and so you can compare 2018 and 2019 figures.     The FAQ below shows the types of items that transfer in from 2018 to 2019 just to get you going:
https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/entering-importing/help/when-transferring-a-tax-file-what-informat...

You'll see it includes "1099 Payer information."

If the program lists the 1099 payers you had last year for 2018, there should be the option to EDIT each one to update it with the 2019 information or to DELETE any 1099 if it's no longer relevant.  And there should also be a button to ADD a Form 1099-INT if you have a new payer's 1099-INT you need to enter.

You need to review all the information that transferred in from 2018, decide what to keep or delete, and can EDIT one to enter this year's 2019 information.

If you haven't already received them, you need to either wait until you get your Forms 1099-INT to know what to enter for 2019, or you may be able to import it into TurboTax directly from the financial institution once the institution has it ready.    But even when one chooses to import directly from the institution, you should compare the figures to the actual 1099-INT you received, to be sure everything imported correctly.
