Review loop due to disaster relief issue

Hopefully someone can help, I'm having some issues completing my taxes due to a issue during the review process.   Below is the review comment:

Form 8915F-S:_ You indicated there were retirement distributions received in 2022 related to a disaster that occured in 2021 or 2022.  It requires Part 1 of Form 8915-f which has not been finalized yet.  Do not file the return until this part of calculations is finalized in the upcoming release.

Initialy I clicked yes as a disaster but then changed in back to no.  Nothing seems to get rid of this review.   I"ve even deleted both 1099-R's, still the review pops up.  Could someone help!?
