reset password and the authorization doesn't accept my drivers license

Please help!

I cannot reset my password even with recovery. I wear glasses and my driver's license has a glare. The upload will not work. Any suggestions?

I have spent hours trying to resolve this.

Type your license number using only letters and numbers, but skip any spaces or special symbols.
