When completing Oklahoma Nonresident Schedule 511NR-B Subtractions, TurboTax software will not allow Military, Civil Service or other retirement income to be added.  It does import and allow Social Security.

As a Non-Resident of Oklahoma, all your pension income should be excluded.  In testing this, on Oklahoma Schedule A-H, I see that my pensions are only showing in the Federal column, which is correct, and the total shows on Line 17.

The total pension amount then carried over to Schedule 511 NR, Line 5.

You may want to check your pension entries in the Federal section, if your pension amounts are not transferring correctly.
