Rejected e-file

I e-filed my return with the appropriate amount due but it was rejected I have since corrected the situation and my question is: How do I know if the IRS received the amount due or do I send it again with my bank info.

When the return is processed your payment will be made. Do Not Pay Again.

How do i change my filing to show that I have been claimed by my parent as a dependent? I filed my taxes as no one was going to claim me but it was rejected by the IRS.
