Regarding Medicare IRMAA and filing married separately.

I am married and my wife just went on Medicare, I am not on Medicare but plan to do IRA (mine) to Roth conversions this year. If we file joint, it will put us in a higher Medicare IRMAA bracket. Can we file separate so that the conversions are only reported on my tax return and not impact IRRMA for my wife? Her pension income will be below the IRMAA threshold.
