Refund of $59 from turbotax

I want a refund of my $59 dollars from Turbotax. I could not find anything about free filing up front so My only assumption was I would not be charged at the back end. NOT SO DAMNIT. My return had nothing more than 2 Social Security incomes and 1 small pension. It did not go over into taxable amounts. The deduction was standard and there was nothing else. I owed nothing and I was owed nothing for a refund from the IRS.

if your taxable income did not exceed the standard deduction amount, you do not have a filing requirement with the IRS.
