Refund NOT received !

I have not received my tax return ! It was sent out but returned to turbo tax NOT the irs, now I'm not able to get in contact with anyone! Turbo customer service (when I was able to talk to someone) said my money was sent to their bank but they can't see where it's at or contact them when it's y'all's business! I'm not sure how to get my refund back and need answers ! This is very unprofessional .

The IRS issues most refunds within 21 days, assuming that there's no delay and nothing is holding your return. Some returns are subject to an automatic hold due to certain credits being claimed. 

Also keep in mind that once your return is accepted for processing by the IRS and/or state, we have no control over your return. 

You should track your refund directly from the IRS and/or Department of Revenue’s Website. These websites have the most accurate and up to date information. They get updated once a day.

I've done all of that and that's not the problem .. the problem which I just stated is that your bank has my return and was NOT returned to the IRS so they could send it back out to me! Now I can't even get a call back from you guys to see how I can receive my refund .
