Yeah iv been here like 5 years now lol. I guess I never realized it was piggy backed. I always struggled to find it too. How funny.

I finished my taxes yesterday. Now we wait...🤞 it's not too long of a wait. I got my refund in record time last year. I live in KY & I got an email that their state site is going down Feb. 26th & to be sure to get them done before or you would experience major delays.

@nortonkd i keep forgetting your in KY we most definitely need to link up and meet and im waiting on them to send my refund they just started processing them this week I filed 1/21 so hopefully sometime next week

If your state refund shows the amount in green does that mean it’s approved? I’m in Ga

Sorry I been MIA y’all but the post office have been swamped😩I pray we all get great news this weekend about our returns because if y’all like me you need my son is graduating this year and it’s costing me a lot so I need my money asap 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

Hey yall!! I got my W2 from my second job way later this year and it wasn’t available electronically so I just did mine Monday 2/10. Federal and state says accepted, so fingers crossed it’s fast again this year for all of us!

hey @drj311  @ddenese80  @nortonkd  @BB2019  @1angrymama  ya'll I have been trying not look at my taxes since I filed in January, and so good so far. But i heard they suppose to lift the path on tomorrow or Saturday so I pray we all get a DDD this weekend. Fingers crossed

@drj311 that was my problem too, I was waiting on stupid documents. My husband's employer waited until the last dang day to mail his out. I don't understand why employers do that. I'm a bookkeeper & it doesn't cost them anything besides the postage & the cost of the paper it's printed on, lol. If they use a CPA that can hold it up 🙄

They not gone do no updates til the 17th that's when they gone lift path its on the irs website and they supposed to be doing 2 mass deposits on the 24th and the 26th

Under the federal Protecting Americans from Tax Hikes (PATH) Act, the IRS cannot issue Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) and Additional Child Tax Credit (ACTC) refunds before mid-February. Where's My Refund? should show an updated status by February 22 for most early EITC/ACTC filers. 

The IRS expects most EITC/ACTC related refunds to be available in taxpayer bank accounts or on debit cards by March 3 if they chose direct deposit and there are no other issues with their tax return.
