Why $15 off discount is not applied to my product? Thanks.

You would need to sign into your Turbo Tax account after you go through the link that offers the discount. Follow the steps below to get your online offer applied:

 

  1. Log out of all Intuit accounts including this user forum, or you could end up in a loop. 
  2.  Then clear your browsing history. Please see this Turbo Tax FAQ regarding How to delete your browsing history and cookies! 
  3. Close your browser.
  4. Then reopen it, and go the site (or email) that is offering the discount.
  5. Click on the link and sign in to Turbo Tax from that link.

Be sure you don't navigate from that page prior to signing into your Turbo Tax account. If that doesn't work, try using a different browser all together.
