Where in Turbo Tax do I enter third party designee to be able to discuss my return with the IRS?

A third-party designee can only be entered in forms mode in the CD/Download TurboTax software.

Select Forms mode.
Open the Federal Information Worksheet (Info Wks) by clicking on the worksheet on the left side of the screen.
Scroll down to Part VI.
