Where do I report excess real estate taxes?

I am filling out the TT questionnaire and it says to report 'excess real estate taxes' at the end of the return? Where!?

for a home office it's connected to SCH C.

No schedule C when there is a 2106  - unreimbursed employee expenses, so where does it go then?
