My tax refund for 2023 were rejected by my bank, and I have never received rhem. what should I do?

Cannot delete form 2441

Im trying to remove for 2441. When I go to tools > Delete Form and select 2441, it confirms that the Form was delete, but it is in fact still there. The system wont let me file the return until I fix this 😱.
