When try to finish up the FILING it kept saying "whoops! We hit a snag loading your data. please try again." i did tried few times but NO luck. do you know why?

You may need to clear your cache and delete your cookies. Also, try refreshing your browser. Then try logging out and logging back into TurboTax. You can also try using a different browser. The following FAQs will show you how to clear your cache and delete your cookies.
