Just filed my Federal & State Tax Returns and got it accepted by the IRS so I guess they did solve the 8960 problem. It is 19 February 2023!!

I just e-filed again and federal accepted in 18 minutes.

California state got accepted shortly after.

My federal return was just accepted in 36 minutes (after being rejected x 4 via TurboTax since January 28th and rejected x 1 from H&R Block).  So exciting!

Did you have to refresh or change anything when you refiled?

I looked to see if there was an "update" or "refresh" button and couldn't find one. I had it take me stepwise through the review process (but didn't change anything, just clicked "next" or "accept" in order to move on).
