What does code 570 mean on tax transcripts?

Is this going to delay my refund? Do I need to take any further action?

It may or may not delay the receipt of your refund.

Code 570 means that there is Additional Liability Pending/or Credit Hold issue with the IRS. The IRS is in the process of matching forms they received for you and the ones you reported. The IRS should send you a letter if they find something they need more information about.
