We paid the internal revenue service 402 dollars 4 times and I don't see where we were credited for those payments. Does anyone know where I will get credit for that?

I don't see where I was credited for estimated taxes paid.

You need to enter your estimated tax payments yourself.  On the TurboTax Deductions and Credits menu, scroll down to Estimates and Other Taxes Paid.  You want to edit Estimates and enter your payments.

You have to enter your estimated tax payments manually

.

To post estimated taxes that you've already paid:

  1. Start at Deductions & Credits
  2. Scroll down to Estimates and other taxes
  3. Select Estimated Tax Payments
  4. There is a list here of various Estimated taxes that you may have paid.
  5. Select Federal estimated taxes for 2021 (Form 1040ES)
  6. Did you pay federal estimated taxes for 2021? - Yes
  7. You can edit dates and post payments here.

As DX-hound stated above you have to enter the payments made as estimated payments.

If you made estimated or quarterly tax payments in 2021 toward your federal, state, or local taxes, enter them in the Estimated and Other Income Taxes Paid section.

  • Open or continue your return
  •
  • Go to the Federal section, then Deductions & Credits
    • You can also search for estimated tax payments and select the Jump to in the search results
  •
  • Select Estimates and Other Taxes Paid
  •
  • Select Start or Revist next to Estimated Tax Payments
  •
  • Choose Start next to the type of estimated tax payment you'd like to enter
  •
  • Enter the amount of estimated tax you paid at each of the quarterly due dates
    • If you paid 2020 estimated taxes in 2021, you'll enter just one amount for each state of locality
