My original return was rejected due to requirement of a 1095-A, but this was reported as fraud and I will be receiving a voided 1095-A. As this account was set up without my knowledge, I am unable to get the digital copy of the form, and am waiting on the mailed paper copy currently. Am I able to just refile online since the IRS agreed that this was fraud and is sending the voided form, or do I need to wait for the paper copy and submit it when I refile?

You can try to refile and see if it is accepted.
If your return was already rejected, and the IRS has not yet been notified about the fraud involving the 1095-A, they will still be looking for you to file a Form 8962. Unfortunately, this may cause you to have to file by paper and include a statement regarding your situation. As stated above, you can always try to efile.
