How will I know if I’ll get a tax refund from unemployment? I filed before the bill was passed.

You can determine if you are entitled to a refund due to unemployment insurance change in the law by preparing an amended return. If the change in unemployment does not impact other credits or calculations, you will not need to file it. The IRS is still processing those refunds.
