TurboTax is asking me to pay again for self-employed.

On 4/10 I wanted to print and preview my forms before e-filing. To do so TurboTax required me to pay for the self-employed verions, which I did and was able to print my forms. Now on 4/15 I have gone back into TurboTax to update some missing items, and complete my state taxes. I am now ready to preview the forms again and e-file, but TurboTax is now aksing me to pay the self-employed fee again. I called Intuit, but the agent said the system would not allow her to refund my original fee or make the system recognize that I have paid even though the system shows the order and payment. Is my only recourse to pay again and then dispute the charges?

Based on  my credit card transactions it appears as if it only charged for the state prep even though the way it appeard online, it was going to charge for both the fed and state prep. Very poor design if this is the case.
