Turbotax desktop 2021 won't launch

I was able to install the software onto my Windows 10 laptop. After installation, updates, and activation, the program just won't launch. I've uninstalled and reinstalled. Restarted the computer. It still won't launch. Nothing happens after the window tells me that it is launching Turbotax. Any ideas?
