Turbo tax is not calculating my HSA contribution correctly. How do I preview my 1040 to confirm entries? I am using the online account - there is no hamburger icon.

The help said to click on the hamburger menu icon to see a preview of 1040.  There is no hamburger menu on the online version.

In the Online product, you can preview on the 1040 and schedule 1, 2, and 3 - is this what you are looking for? Are you in an Internet browser or on a cell phone (the hamburger reference sounds like a cell phone).

To do that, when you are in your tax return, look to the left for Tax Tools. Click on Tax Tools and then click on Tools underneath it, then in the center click on View Tax Summary, then back to the left to "Preview my 1040".

Now you can see the 1040 and schedule 1, 2, and 3.

However, this may not be enough to actually answer your question, since you can't see form 8889. If not, come back and tell us what your issue is.

I am not seeing anything on the left side that looks like tax tools.

I am using the online version, with latest version of firefox browser, on desktop computer.

included is a picture of what I see on the left side.

That menu will expand when you choose "Pick up where you left off" or "Work on other items"  when you first sign in.
